Known Pagan Religions / Cults

Pagan religion begun by Muhammad in 622 A.D., in which the believer accepts surrender to Allah. Their 'holy book' is the Qur'an.

Cult started by L. Ron Hubbard, who authored the book Dianetics in the 1950s. According to their belief system, human beings are immortal spiritual beings known as thetans who have lived through many past lives. The cult emphasizes the importance of auditing to clear negative experience and achieving spiritual freedom, while allowing members to form their own understanding of God.

Cult described as a self-help group led by Keith Raniere, who claimed to help followers achieve personal fulfillment. In reality, it was a secret society where women were subjected to sexual slavery and branded with Raniere's initials. Raniere is currently serving a 120-year prison sentence for sex trafficking and other crimes, and the group has largely been disbanded.

Cult started by Joseph Smith Jr. in 1830 in Fayette, New York. Began with the publication of The Book Of Mormon [ 1830 ]
